Welcome to the US Coast Guard Auxiliary District Seventeen Web Site.

The District Seventeen Auxiliary is comprised of 400+ dedicated volunteers who give thousands of hours of their free time in support of the US Coast Guard and the Recreational boating public. Members, after comprehensive training to qualify, can do on the water patrols, and search and rescue missions. Others give their time doing free Safety inspections on private boats, charter boats, and (with special training), even commercial fishing boats. Still others spend their time teaching boating safety classes to the boating public. One of our Cornerstones is FELLOWSHIP, and Auxiliarists do know how to have FUN along with the serious side of their activities.

Feel free to browse through our web pages and see what we are about. If there is a Flotilla near you, we invite you to come attend a meeting. We are always looking for new members to join us in service to the US Coast Guard and America’s boating public.

Emergency Procedure stickers in English, Korean, Russian, Spanish and Tagalog are available for your boat. Click Here for more information!
