To order merchandise from the District store follow these directions!

Members are required to place their orders for merchandise through their FSO-MA or FC. The District Materials Center will be unable to accept orders from individual members except during conferences and other events held by the District.

The FSO-MA or FC should place orders for merchandise by email to the DSO-MA whenever possible. Unless otherwise specified, orders for merchandise will be shipped to the FSO-MA or FC. If an order needs to be sent to another officer or member of the flotilla, please provide the member’s name, address and telephone number in your order. Invoices will be emailed to the FSO-MA and copied to the FC and FSO-FN upon confirmation of the actual shipment of the order from AUXCEN. In most cases orders are filled and shipped by AUXCEN within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order.

Payment of District 17 Materials Center invoices is expected within 30 days of the date of the invoice. In the event payment is not made timely, a policy has been established for the application of a 10% monthly late fee. The monthly fee is calculated on the principle amount of the order and becomes effective the 60th day from the invoice date. Additionally, the DSO-MA may require advance payment on successive orders placed by the flotilla until the arrearage is cleared. There are no shipping/postage costs for Educational materials drop-shipped from AUXCEN. All other items do require the payment of shipping/postage costs and
these charges will be added to the District Materials Center invoices.
