Alaska Coastie Boats
 
Coastie is the goodwill ambassador
of boating safety to children. He travels around to different events and
schools giving children a much needed glimpse of what safety on the
water is all about. By talking to them and moving around and reacting
while telling safe boating messages and stories he instills a message of
safe boating on their young minds. Just look at some of the events
Coastie has been to in Alaska.
Coastie was asked to pull Auxiliary
256611 in the February 15, 2003 Anchorage Fur Rendezvous Parade!

Even though it was really cold outside
Coastie
was able to do the job with his District 17 Auxiliary
friends and meet lots of people at the parade. PFD Panda even
made sure the tow went OK.
